Affiliate Manager – (Potential Head / Lead)

Home Gaming Entertainment Founded in 2018, sets out to provide the best experience for
online gaming. Based in Malta we are now looking to hire a German native to act as an
Affiliate Manager. The company is growing and we are a young and dynamic team, which
supports a wide variety of players. Our customers are at the heart of the business and, as a
consequence, we are looking for a mature, empowered, motivated individual with excellent
communication skills with a positive attitude.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Self-starter with the ambition to become head of affiliates in the (near) future
Motivated to build the presence of the brand (Affiliate Website, Affiliate Newsletters, Visiting Events with or without stand)
Manage affiliate accounts to help deliver on group KPI and monitor the performance of affiliates on a regular basis, whilst providing a proactive, positive and constructive relationship
Constant recruitment of new affiliates, closing the deal and following up on the activity and performance
Help develop and implement initiatives to improve affiliate performance and retention
Participate in industry conferences and networking events
Regular updates to and meetings with management

What are your characteristics?

Preferably German with excellent English skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing at an online casino
Previous experience within the iGaming industry is a must
Must have an existing network of affiliates in Germany
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical/reporting skills
Target driven with a proven and consistent track record of delivering results
Highly motivated and energetic

What are your other Qualifications?

Fluent in German, both written and spoken alongside with good English skills
Soft-skills to be able to deal with challenges professionally
A positive attitude, driven and self motivated with excellent communication and time management skills
