Customer Support Agent (German Speaking)

We are growing fast and therefore we are looking for new talent to join our CS team.

What you are going to do

People come to our platform to have a good time. But something can happen that disturbs that good time. That’s why we offer an in-house Live Chat Service at our gaming platform, As Winfest is growing, so is the amount of questions and tickets and that’s where you step in!

As Customer Support Live Chat Agent, you are the first point of contact for players with questions, comments or, of course, complaints. It’s your job to help out the customer the best way ánd the fastest way you can. In addition to supporting our players, you also actively help the marketing team with translating texts.

For this role you will be working in shifts from 13:00 – 21:00 and 17:00 – 01:00. Besides these times you will also have to be available during the weekends. Oh, and there is a option to work from home as well!

What will be your responsibilities

Keeping players happy! That is of course your main responsibility as our new Customer Support Live Chat Agent. There are multiple ways how you can achieve this result and to give you a little bit of an idea about your regular day-to-day assignments, you will:

  • respond to players via LiveChat and E-mail;
  • process open (customer) tickets within the set time limits;
  • assist the marketing team in setting up weekly promotions and translations;

Who you are

You know it’s your goal to keep players happy and you want to go all in for that! It’s important that you can empathize with our players and that you understand they need your help. You are someone who wants to get things done and you want it done fast!

You and Home Gaming Entertainment will be a perfect match if you:

  • are German speaking, which is really important;
  • are punctual and know how to document your work correctly;
  • have a bit of experience in customer support;
  • have iGaming experience, but it isn’t really necessary. We will teach you!;
  • don’t have problem with working in the evenings and weekends;
  • like to work in a dynamic workplace
  • want to have great colleagues!
