As Customer Support Live Chat Agent, you are the first point of contact for players with questions, comments or, of course, complaints. It’s your job to help out the customer the best way ánd the fastest way you can. In addition to supporting our players, you also actively help the marketing team with translating texts.
For this role you will be working in shifts from 13:00 – 21:00 and 17:00 – 01:00. Besides these times you will also have to be available during the weekends. Oh, and there is a option to work from home as well!
